Kenny is Chief Executive Officer of Galway Chamber.
A native of Achill, in County Mayo, Kenny has almost 20 years experience in the Retail Banking sector and most recently served as Regional Engagement Manager for AIB in Galway, serving both city and county. Prior to that, he held a wide variety of roles within AIB serving the business and community sectors. Kenny also has a strong background in Business and Community Development, Innovation and Tourism and has been a board member of a number of organisations in the community and tourism sectors in Mayo and Galway. He has led several business development delegations to the US, on behalf of the Achill local development organisation- Comhlacht Forbartha Áitiúil Acla - and worked collaboratively with a range of state and semi-state organisations on various initiatives for the island. He holds a Corporate MBA from University of Limerick, a range of qualifications from the Institute of Bankers and a Diploma in Marketing and Public Relations from the Irish Academy of Public Relations.
Chief Operations Officer
Elaine is Chief Operations Officer of Galway Chamber. She joined the Chamber in 2010 as Communications and Events Executive and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer earlier this year. In this role Elaine oversees the Chamber’s day-to-day operations, events and communications functions. Elaine also aids the CEO in management of the Board, various Committees and other initiatives.
Membership Development Executive
Anne is the head of Membership in the Galway Chamber. She has over 20 years experience in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries as Site Production Manager and Site Packaging Manger. She has also worked in the Sustainability sector in direct sales, helping people on their own sustainable journey. Anne is a natural networker, specialising in listening, considering and connecting people with each other where there may be synergy and positive energy.
Marketing & Events Administrator
Saileog is responsible for marketing and communications activities for Galway Chamber. She manages and is responsible for Galway Chamber's website, as well as producing digital content for all platforms. Saileog works with our members to promote their businesses through various initiatives.
Hicham is responsible for developing an engaging programme of events for the members of Galway Chamber. This involves planning, organising and execution of events both internally and externally, ensuring a positive experience for our members and speakers. Hicham also manages and develops the Chambers relationships with key sponsors and partners.
