Diligent wins Galway Chamber’s Overall Business of the Year Award 2021
Diligent was the big winner at the annual Galway Chamber awards, picking up three awards on the night including Overall Business of the Year 2021, presented in association with Shannon Group. The leading modern governance company also received awards for Excellence in Innovation and Best Customer Service.
The Galway Chamber awards, held in the Salthill Hotel, were originally scheduled for last December but postponed in light of the public health situation at the time. A wide range of Galway’s business community and stakeholders attended the first awards held in person since before the pandemic when the 2019 celebration took place.
Business accessibility, employment, innovation, sustainability as well as building towards the future were the key themes of the 2021 awards ‘Building for a new Future’ or ‘Ag tógáil do thodhchaí nua.’
Diligent, whose solutions are trusted by nearly 700,000 board directors and leaders, established their European hub in Galway in 2020.
